Working at the front line of customer service for this multinational engineering defence company, we conducted a search for a Service Desk Analyst to support in 1st line IT support. Working in Portsmouth, this role initially was offered on a contract basis. The role required excellent customer service experience and a keen interest and understanding of IT. The successful candidate had recently relocated back to the area and was keen to take up an IT Analyst role –  so this was a good opportunity to join on an interim basis. After interviewing the client decided to extend a permanent position for him to join the team – much to the candidates joy.
