This placement was a big win/win for both candidate and client. The company are in a difficult area of the UK in a remote part of Dorset and with automotive opportunities in the area fairly hard to come by, they were the perfect fit for this local candidate. He had only recently completed his Vehicle Mechanic apprenticeship but seriously impressed at interview with his attitude and found the perfect fit in this role working for a company that could develop his skills and experience.
