Our client is an innovative engineering company with industry leading technology, so when a Technical Support Engineer role became available we were excited to go to market with this position. The role involved working closely with new and existing customers, providing direct 1st line support. The successful candidate had been working in  1st line support roles for 3 years but also had experienced of 2nd line support and was passionate about working in IT – which came across in his interviews! He will be joining the team at their office in Hook.
