Permanent, Engineering & Technology, Industrial Automation & Operational Technology...

Techniche have over 15 years experience in the Industrial Automation, Process Control & Operational Technology sectors. Our expertise has covered all of the UK, but also internationally including locations such as the Middle East, Central Asia, Russia, China, most of Europe and America.

When one of our key UK clients recommended us to another Global office in Southern Ireland we jumped at the opportunity to meet a really challenging technical brief.

Our client was seeking a highly technical Automation Engineer for a regional Field Service role supporting their customers across Southern Ireland. A large proportion of Automation End Users in Ireland are made up of Data Centre’s and Pharmaceutical or Life Science organisaitons. So often the Automation Technology and Operational Technology is cutting edge, state of the art and in constant use with little downtime.

Techniche were able to present a short list of suitable candidates that included local talent, as well as those considering relocating to Southern Ireland. Following 2 rounds of interviews the client was in a privileged position to have selected 2 candidates that were capable of the role. As there was only 1 position they made a tough choice but have their new engineer starting in March.
