Vehicle Coordinator

Techniche Global are working with a leading car manufacturer to appoint an Administrator, to work at their site in Cranfield. In this role you will be coordinating the safe disposal of vehicles, so a background in engineering admin or as a fleet coordinator for automotive companies would be ideal.

Manage the process for vehicle disposal, to include:

  • Liaison with the vehicle owners/Head Office/disposal company
  • Document management, recording of disposal evidence
  • Co-ordinate the loading/un-loading of vehicles on-site
  • Provide counter service within the Control Room to include:
    - use of inhouse vehicle management system
    - issue of keys/equipment
    - accurate record keeping of vehicle documentation
    - Support with the co-ordination of vehicle bodies
    - Support with booking in of parcels
    - Own the COSHH, CAMIC activities within the Control Room
    - General administration duties for the Test team

Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • Background in vehicle operations for an automotive company/a desire to train and own this area of business
  • Experience/knowledge of a busy workshop/office environment
  • Excellent organisational & communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
