Techniche Global is working for an Engineering Technology company, to appoint an Administrator. In this role you will establish and maintain the administrative requirements of the Project:

  • Point of contact for the team (on & offshore) and Clients.
  • Project set up
  • Filing & maintaining documents electronically & on paper - DCS (Document Control System)
  • Control of correspondence in and out of the project.
  • Updating Document database 
  • Archiving & tracking documentation.
  • Meeting co-ordination
  • Secretarial Support

A background in Administration within engineering would be ideal for this role.
