Administrator - Mission Systems

Techniche Global are supporting a leading engineering defence contractor to appoint an Administrator. You will be responsible for:

  • Booking in new starters and resourcing their relevant equipment
  • Escorting visitors/Booking access
  • Diary management
  • Minute taking
  • Analysing data for reports
  • Ordering stationery
  • Booking training

Key requirements:

  • Experience in a secretarial role with diary management experience
  • Able to work with minimal supervision. 
  • PowerPoint / Excel experience
