Location – Edinburgh (3 days office based and 2 days home based)

Pay Rate - INSIDE IR-35
£350 - 450 per day PAYE / £449.12 - £577.44 Umbrella

Duration - 6 months with possible extension

 

Techniche is working with a large Financial Institution to secure an experience Business Analyst for Regulatory Change projects.

This role will be office based primarily in Edinburgh with the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week.

The role will be supporting the change process of internal tools and systems that tracks vetting processes for staff in line with regulatory requirements. The tools and processes are constantly being upgraded and changed in line with new regulatory requirements and the tools in place must align with these regulations to ensure that Markets and Trading staff have the correct vetting to adhere to regulatory requirements.

Essential Experience:

  • Extensive Business Analyst Experience
  • Recent and proven experience within Banking, ideally from a Markets or Trading perspective, but retail banking will also be considered.
  • Experience of products, projects or transformation programmes related to regulatory change is essential.
  • Good Project Management skills (ensuring schedules are met, deliverables and tasks are done in line with regulatory deadlines)
  • Any background in a Business Analyst role from HR or Finance Transformation programs would be relevant to this position.
  • Experience of senor level stakeholder engagement

This position will liaise with Senior stakeholders both in the UK and globally. There will be liaison with backoffice teams in Bangalore as well as front office and operations teams in London, the US and Asia.
