Delivery Support Administrator

Techniche Global are working with a leading engineering technology company to appoint a Delivery Support Administrator.

Support the Delivery Support Supervisor in Bletchley,  you will be working as part of the administration team to ensure all daily tasks are completed and relevant teams are updated accordingly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for expediting repairs with both UK and external repair centres to ensure orders are delivered on time to meet customer requirements.
  • Responsible for tracking the shipments of various customer orders and liaising with external couriers if these shipments are delayed. Inform supervisor of any ongoing issues. 
  • Preparation of Inbound and outbound shipping documentation for repair and exchange orders for the EMEA region and to the USA.
  • Responsible for the daily booking of collections of repairs and exchange returns from European region and monitoring the return activity of these orders.
  • Updating various business systems for Repair, Exchange and Root Cause Failure Analysis orders.  Business systems consist of SAP, department Share point site (excel, Word etc) and external carrier systems.
  • Liaise with the RA Customer Care team and other internal customers across EMEA on expedite requests and collections. 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Strong administrative and communication skills are vital to the role.
  • Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency required.
  • O-level, CSE or GCSE educated – Maths and English required.
  • SAP knowledge is preferred, but not required.
