Facilities Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join a global automation and information technology company. This is an immediate start, 12 month contract, based in Milton Keynes. 

As the Facilities Administrator, you will support the business on the day to day operation in maintaining the sites, safety of buildings and personal and assist with ad-hoc project support.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate previous facilities experience, along with top organisational and administration skills. You will support all facilities for daily and scheduled maintenance activities, handling vendor contract reviews and management whilst supporting on site in relation to health & safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all facilities for daily and scheduled maintenance activities
  • Vendor contract reviews and vendor management
  • Health & Safety – support on site, attend safety meetings etc
  • Compliance activities – ensure statutory services are booked and arranged including ensuring that the documentation is up to date
  • Company car management – ensure driver documentation is up to date meet regulatory requirements such as insurance checks
  • Catering – ensuring all stocks are necessary ordered and meeting rooms and catering requirements are met
  • Contractor meetings – arrange and attend contractor meetings as required
  • Support for accounts teams – setting up new vendors, invoice resolutions
  • Arrange and manage the occupational activities as required by sites and maintain registers and employee information
  • Produce monthly reports for Facilities department, e.g.: Goods In and Reception

Key requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a facilities and administrative role
  • Strong language and IT skills (mainly excel, minimum intermediate) together with proven aptitude on business PC's skills.
