A PA/Administrator is required to work for a multinational engineering services company to work on one of the most high-profile and complex engineering projects in the UK.


This is on an initial 3 – 6-month contract with further extension likely.

The main purpose of the role will be to provide project support assistance to the management team to ensure the efficient operation of the team.

Further responsibilities.

  • Co-ordination of external meetings with customers and other partners/ stakeholders.
  • Supporting the recruitment process.
  • System access queries and updating the bookings.
  • Health and Safety co-ordination.
  • Management of office resources.
  • Processing security arrangements for project visitors.


You will have good organisational and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of using Microsoft Packages is desirable.
