We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join an engineering technology company, based in Tunbridge Wells.

You will be a confident communicator, with a passion for delivering a high level of customer service.

Main tasks:

  • Receiving and directing calls, for four UK sites
  • Greeting visitors to the facility warmly and offering them help immediately and supplying them with visitor passes.
  • Completing administrative tasks like filing and delivering and accepting mail
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Setting up meeting facilities
  • Booking of travel for team members
  • Arranging for catering for meetings and daily office use
  • Scheduling appointments and meeting times
  • Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance

You will have worked in a similar role previously and be proactive, able to demonstrate initiative and support across a range of tasks. Excellent communication skills and MS Office skills are essential.
